Hi,
1. Can you open your Command prompt
2. Go to the directory C:/NGL303_To_303U4
3. type Upgrade.bat and press Enter
If you are getting an error, can you send the same

when i click the upgrade.bat it gives me a message that the windows cannot open this file and i have to choose a program to where i should open this file.
