Hi,
From this update we have made the SMS service operable from your side it self. Please see the mentioned procedure
Step 1: Contact an SMS provider (many are available at justdial.com) and purchase bulk SMS from them
Step 2: The SMS provider will give you a URL for sending bulk SMS from the applications
Step 3: Configure that url in C:/NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles/SMS_URL file
NewGenLib will use this URL to dispatch SMSs to the users

1. Can you open your Command prompt
2. Go to the directory C:/NGL303_To_303U4
3. type Upgrade.bat and press Enter
If you are getting an error, can you send the same

i'm having trouble in this step: "In C:/NGL303_To_303U4 directory you will find a file named Upgrade.bat (For Linux server user Upgrade.sh), double click on it. This will perform the upgrade."

when i click the upgrade.bat it gives me a message that the windows cannot open this file and i have to choose a program to where i should open this file.
