1. Firstly, Take a backup of both the databases.
2. Go to C:/NewGenLibFiles/HibernateConfig/dbconnection.xml. You will find a line jdbc:postgresql://<ip address or localhost>:5432/newgenlib
This means newgenlib is your database. The other one is not a necessary one.
Also, if the database other than newgenlib is postgres. Then leave it as it is.
