Hi,
You must make sure that Apache Tomcat Server must be closed when your are doing the upgrade. Else it automatically deletes a file name newgenlibctxt.xml in C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/conf/Catalina/localhost
directory
I am attaching this file. Download it and paste  it in the above directory.

If you are still encountering problem we recommend you to send your Teamviewer Id and password to support<at the rate>verussolutions.biz
We will look into the problem and resolve it
