I would like to know more about this new feature of U4:
"You can now override over dues from "Collect Overdue": Even if you have missed overriding overdue during Check in, you can still override it at "Collect Overdue" functionality"

I tried to click the override button in the collect overdue module, but I can't change anything under the Overdue column.
