Ok.
Do one thing, Open Terminal (Command Prompt).
1. In the Command Prompt  go the InstallNGL3.0 directory (using cd command)
2. And type Install.bat and press Enter
3. You will see a message "Build failed", But above that you get a series of statements that describe the error. Please copy that and send it
