Hi,
You can us the database backup to
support<at_the_rate>verussolutions.biz , We will scan for all
such error entries and send you a script to rectify them
However what concerns us more is the reason for the duplicate
entries. Were these entries made during version 2.x? Please convey
us more information about the conditions in which duplicate entries
took place. This will help us making the system more secure

For one user same document (with same accession no.
and call no.) has been checked out twice. And there are about 20
user accounts for which samething has happened. But the document
cannot be checked in as Newgenlib refuses to check in. Few times I
deleted those entries directly from the database. But it's very
difficult to find all of them. Is there a easy way to delete those
duplicate entries?
