You can us the database backup to support<at_the_rate>verussolutions.biz , We will scan for all such error entries and send you a script to rectify them
However what concerns us more is the reason for the duplicate entries. Were these entries made during version 2.x? Please convey us more information about the conditions in which duplicate entries took place. This will help us making the system more secure

But the document cannot be checked in as Newgenlib refuses to check in. Few times I deleted those entries directly from the database. But it's very difficult to find all of them.
