Close your terminal and open it again.
Command 1:
export JAVA_HOME=/home/libuser/jdk1.6.0_32

Command 2:
cd <path where this directory is available>/InstallNGL3.0/apache-ant-1.8.1/bin

Command 3:
./ant UpdateWholeRec -f Installation.xml
