Hello,
Subscription Ids are strictly issued for libraries only which are using NewGenLib as their primary ILMS.
Even if you are free lancer or a Vendor and are implementing NGL for an organization as a primary ILMS then that organization details must be given.
Subscription Id is only used SMS service and not for any other purpose. If you do not want SMS service the do not worry about the subscription id.
Since we use Transaction SMS which are template based and are approved by TRAI, SMSs from registered organizations are only accepted
