1. Please ask the Internet Service Provider(ISP) to give you a static/public domain IP. Though sometimes this is given free of cost by the ISP other wise ISP may charge you around Rs 5,000 per year. However this changes from ISP to ISP

2. To your library server add an addtional network card. Network card are now available for less than Rs 200. I will call this network card as New Network Card

3. Now assign the public IP to the New Network Card

What would be the financial committment from the side of the Library. Any Idea will be greately appreciated.
