OPAC is not functioning.

Sir,

We loaded the NewGenlib after formating the system, but OPAC is not functioning. No clue to our IT people, how to go about. Pl giv us a solution.

Also Installing NewGenlib is so complicating, taking hours of time and with lot of trial & errors. Is there a simpler method.
Can anybody train us in this.
