Queries on importing LC MARC records

Good day!
I can't seem to paste a copied MARC Name Authority record, namely: UNICEF: http://lccn.loc.gov/n79093850


Whenever I click 'OK' after pasting, I get a critical error. I'm pasting it over an existing Corporate Name authority file which I am trying to upgrade. Also deleted the 'United Nations' See entry, and other entries with non-Roman characters but still it gives an error.
Please help me to learn why I can't copy this from LC. Thank you.
