The same record has been tested here for both creation and modification. It worked fine here
Can you please send the Exception raised on server side (When you see Critical Error dialog)?

Whenever I click 'OK' after pasting, I get a critical error. I'm pasting it over an existing Corporate Name authority file which I am trying to upgrade. Also deleted the 'United Nations' See entry, and other entries with non-Roman characters but still it gives an error.
Please help me to learn why I can't copy this from LC. Thank you.
