The dlink router has a provision to set up virtual servers. Give your library server ip and port number in virtual server section.

The institution has received a public IP from SkyNet. However it seems it would stay on the dlink which connects two PCs to Internet. As on today they have not yet configured the service. Any ideas on how to get round the problem.
