Ok. Can you confirm whether your DLink router has the option of configuring "Virtual Servers"?
Please send the screen shot of the admin page of D-Link router

Yes I think so. The IP number for the Dlink is: 180.151.75.58 and internet providers Gateway is 180.151.75.57. In the Dlink under Network tab they have used DHCP to provide address range 192.168.0.100 to 60numbers. Now the server has 192.168.0.100 with 192.168.0.1 as Gateway.

Even the subnet mask for the public IP is 255.255.255.252 internally it is 255.255.255.0
