Dear Sir,

I followed your instructions.
I downloaded InstallNGL 303 and extracted into C drive. Before the installation I copied Newgenlib backup file in C:/InstallNGL3.0/DBBackup directory. Backup is "Plain format with insert commands". But Backup is not restored in the database. It is showing default home page. Please let me what could be the problem.
