Step 1: Take Postgresql backup of newgenlib database on your old server

Step 2: Install NGL as a new installation on the new server

Step 3: Drop newgenlib database on the new server

Step 4: Create a database newgenlib on the new server

Step 5: Restore newgenlib backup taken in the old server (in step 1) into the newgenlib database created in Step 4

Step 6: Using psql execute AddedScripts.sql file present in C:/InstallNGL3.0/scripts (on the new server)

Step 7: Using psql execute V303AddedScripts.sql file present in C:/InstallNGL3.0/upgrade303 (on the new server)

Step 8: Start NGL Server (apache tomcat)

Step 9: Double click on RunIndex.bat file to start indexing. This file is present in C:/Indexer
