Problem with Launching NGL Librarian's Interface

Dear All,

I have problem with Launching NGL Librarian's Interface, it doesn't work at all.
I type http://localhost:8080/newgenlibctxt/LaunchApplication on the browser and then Open, it it show me nothing.
I was  wait for a long time, but don't get any luck.
I have already installed jre and the Front End Interface it work well.
I think the problem because of jre or sth.
Note : My size of RAM is 4 BG.
So, can anyone help me to solve my problem ?
