Publish the OPAC in Internet

I have installed NGL 3.04 R1 on a PC with home internet connection on WinXP. To have a static IP i'm using no-ip.org service (the domain is 'cedoc.servehttp.com'). Additionally, I have installed Apache 2.0 web server with the configuration given before.

I want to know what procedures should I follow to:

1. Access the OPAC through any computer with an Internet connection.

2. Access from a remote computer with an Internet connection to the librarian interface.

Is this possible?
