Respected Sir,
1. You will get code for Facebook and Twitter Widgets from their sites after you login
2. Now go to Administration -> Configure System-> OPAC (Menu) -> Library administration.
Click on Facebook/Twitter widget. Place Facebook widget code and Twitter widget code into those respective textfields and save
3. Now open your OPAC to see the changes
