Sir,
The OPAC page loads in a jiffy. Except for the first time after you start the server. After the OPAC page loads please check it from a different system or open a new browser and check.
Also, please check if the client system loading the opac page has Internet connectivity. Because the system loads Javascript related to Google Books. This is used to generate google previews for the books
