If you have created your fontconfig.properties
1. Check if you have installed Khmer OS Unicode Font
2. If you are have multiple installation of jre and jdk. Make sure you place all your fontconfig.properties in all the jre/lib directories
3. Remove the font Arial MS Unicode from your fonts
