If you want to publish OPAC on web (client computer) here is the step
1. know your server IP address. for example its 199.168.50.5.
2. then you enter it in URL like this
3. 199.168.50.5:8080/newgenlibctxt
4.You will see your OPAC page loading in its excellency way.
