This looks like happening due to Springer database.
1. Go to C:/NewGenLibFiles/SystemFiles.
2. Open Discover.properties using Wordpad
3. You will find the below 2 parameters as below

Springer.Metadata.Search=YES
Springer.Openaccess.Search=YES

change them to

Springer.Metadata.Search=NO
Springer.Openaccess.Search=NO


4. Save the file
5. Restart the server. Let us know if this solved the problem

In the meanwhile we are working on why issue is raising
