Run the sql files orderly

1)AddedScripts.sql(located in InstallNGL3.1/scripts)
2)V31AddedScripts.sql(located in InstallNGL3.1/upgrade303/)
3)SearchForm.sql (located in InstallNGL3.1/upgrade303/)

then check once........................
