Problem in runnglworkbench

I have been installed the new version i.e. 3.1.1 successfully. Configured NGL Clint and Workbench successfully.
I found problem in NGL workbench. When I try to run NGL workbench it shows "cannot connect to database.Check database properties". connection error. Please help me in this regard.
