NewGenLib AND MP3

I want to give a presentation on NGL, and I need information about how NGL can be used to catalogue Mp3 or songs generally. There are a number of libraries here that have Mp3/song collection, and some other libraries are attached to record labels, and they want to know how NGL can be useful to them. So, can a template for mp3 or music that specifies artiste, producer, etc., be added to NGL? Or how else can that be done?
