Unable to launch application.

Dear Team,

I have installed newgenlib software in my windows 7 64 bit versions. Installation is done successfully step by step and working ok.

But when i am Launching NGL Librarian's Interface through http://localhost:8080/newgenlibctxt/LaunchApplication its not working shows the error message of  unable to launch application.

Pls help.
