Unable to install the Newgenlib software

I am from Sri Lanka and new to this software and i try to install it now following the instructions at the web. I did everything well but finally they told to go to a file call
C:/NGL3/apache-tomcat-6.0.32/bin directory. You can see a file RunNGL3Server batch file.

There is no such a file created in my computer.

Please help me
