NGL 3.1 Launching problem solved.

In NGL3.1 LaunchApplication will not work.  You can find out NGLApps folder in InstallNGL3.1 directory.  In that NGLApps folder you can find NGLClient.zip NGLDesktop.zip NGLWorkBench.zip NGLAutoEOD.zip and more files   Please extract NGLClient.zip file in C:/ drive and run NGLClient.bat file  Then the application will work  Note: Server must be on when you are trying to run NGLClient
