OPAC not opening on other computers

The opac was working very well within my organization through a local network. But since yesterday the NGL server IP address was changed,  and the opac has stopped working on other computers. I updated the new IP address on ENV_VAR.txt, dbconnection.xml, postgres-ds.xml but still not opening. The apache server is showing but not NGL. Please please help
