I installed NGL 3.1 in my computer(Fresh Installation) and I tried to open Librarian interface but I have got the "unable to Launch Application" error. see screenshot Pls help me Thanks in advace....

Thank you.. Problem solved.
But when I do the cataloging process save button is not working when I press save button nothing happened. i.e.. not move to accession number assigned window. Please help.... Many thanks in advance..
