unable to delete my college name from the shelving location in the newgenlib server

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am working on newgenlib software recently. Actually Reference and stacks should be there in shelving location but, by default it is showing our college name. So, i am trying to delete that in configure system of administration module but, some critical error is showing in that. So, Please give me a solution of deleting that in the software.

Hi,
The system will not allow the deletion of Shelving location once they are used with any accession number.
We will call you and rectify the issue immediately
