unable to find the files

when I visit http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/newgenlib to download the necessary files, I only get newgenlib.ear where can I fined the other files which help me install GenLib in my computer.

Thank you I found it but when I start installation from j2sdk followed by postgresql-8 then the installation terminated by sending this message "failed to get system metrics for terminal services"
any help?
