unable to sign in NGL carbon

Dear Team,
I am unable to sign in NGL software. server is saying that please initialize log 4j system. can anyone help me?

Dear All,

please check the server is running successfully or not.
If server cmd having  "please initialize log 4j system" this problem you need to check the server IP address is changed or not
or else check the database is connecting to the server or not
