Deployment in library

I am a student and doing a Project in which I have to deploy NGL in our library. Therefore I want to ask what are the steps to deploy it. This is an open source so can I just install it and deploy it or there would be some influence or restrictions from NGL team. Kindly reply asap

There are no restrictions in using NGL Open Source System. It is available under GNU GPL license.
To install NGL http://wiki.ngl-ils.com/doku.php?id=nglinstallation would be the best starting point
