NewGenLib Desktop Launching Error

Hi all ,
NGL Desktop application not launching in my system. I'm getting an error message "unable to launch the application. I hereby enclosing the screen print of the message. Please help me to solve the problem.

which NGL version you are using?

which Java version you are using?

Using Java version 8 update 73

for that Java 8 version won't work.

jdk1.6.0_24 will work.

uninstall Java 8 then install jdk 1.6
then try to open NGLDeaktop.

select Access Licence Agreement then download the jdk file which is related to your system bit (32 bit/ 64bit)

It will redirect to the oracle login page............. register there. then login then automatically downloading will happen.
