I want to install Newgenlib on windows 7 platform, or any other package require for windows 7 for installa

its showing again problem like User "Postgres1" could not be created. The password is too short or not complex enough

Kindly send the screen shot of the error that is occurring while installing Postgresql. Please note that from Windows 7 onwards Postgresql 8.3 or higher are supported.

We saw the screen shots
The first screen shot is not an error. So just click on "Ok" button
However for the second screen shot is an error. Please follow below steps
Step 1: Open Windows Control Panel
Step 2: Go to Adimistrative Tools -> Services
Step 3: In the services you will find "Windows Secondary Logon Services", select it right click and start it
Step 4: Start you Postgresql installation again
