Once you have installed NGL, the opac can be reached by typing into the browser <IP address of server>:8080/newgenlibctxt
If it's a local installation, you can access from the server by going to http://localhost:8080/newgenlibctxt

Browse your IE, then type://yourServerIP:8080/newgenlibctxt. Then, you will see OPAC.
