Unable-to-launch Launching NGL Librarian's Interface

Dear All

Please help me on the above issue. Opac is working nicely but can not launch to the librarian interface. Its give s a massage like this.

 "Unable to launch the Application"

Please help me.

i think it is the problem of database connection.
