critical error appeared when i was using the search catalogue

1) first stop the server
2) goto NGL3 --> Authority_Solr --> Delete Data folder
           NGL3 --> Bibliographic_Solr--> delete data folder

3) goto  NGL3-->apache-tomcat-6.0.32-->work-->Catalina-->localhost-->Delete newgenlibctxt folder

4) Start the server and do Indexing

but In NGLCarbon how can we identify NGL3 Folder?
Can you Please Demonstrate.

Hello sir,

I am using using, NGL 3.0

today I found the error message not able to log in.

" Retrieve Log file,Mail it ti NEWgenlib Custommer support.
Pls guide me how trouble shoot.
