problem to installation

sir i have install NGL as per the instruction but when i have C:/InstallNGL3.1 and Double click on Install batch file. their after not show a file RunNGL3Server batch file. can you help me

Installation has failed
Kindly run Install batch file from Command Prompt rather than double-clicking on it. We will know the exact error regarding the installation problem
