server overloaded

Hi,
I'm new to NewGenLib, but successfully installed it onto my Windows XP machine. But when I open it on my browser, it repeatedly says the "server is presently overloaded, please try after some time." Could someone tell me why is this happening.

The JBoss server is not connecting to Postgresql database.
1. Pls check whether your Postgresql service is running or not
2. Check whether you postgres-ds.xml (available in your jboss3.2.1-tom.../server/default/deploy directory) has all parameters filled in properly

Stop all services which are not required. Also check how much RAM is available Atleast 512MB RAM should be there.
